At Rare Edits by Rain, every product is thoughtfully curated and sourced with care. Since many of our pieces come from select vendors and limited collections, we follow a mindful returns policy to maintain quality and fairness for all customers.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You have received a damaged product, or

  • You have received an incorrect item

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide clear photos or videos of the issue for verification

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Size, fit, or personal preference issues

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (as products may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen settings)

Return Process

  1. Email us at rareeditsbyrain@gmail.com or reach out via WhatsApp with your order details and supporting images/videos.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified, as processing begins quickly to ensure timely dispatch.

  • As a curated store working with multiple vendors, certain items or prints may occasionally become unavailable due to supply constraints. In such cases, the store reserves the right to cancel the order. Any applicable refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
