Shipping policy

At Rare Edits by Rain, every order is handled with care — from selection to packaging to delivery. As a curated store working with multiple creators, we focus on delivering a thoughtful experience, not just a product.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India and to select international locations.

Within India, we offer free shipping on orders above a specified value. For orders below this threshold, a fixed shipping fee will apply, which will be clearly displayed at checkout and added to your final invoice.

For international orders, shipping charges will apply. This will be over and above the order amount shown during checkout.  Customers are requested to contact us prior to placing an order to receive an accurate shipping quote.

If you are ordering from outside India, please reach out to us in advance so we can assist you with the applicable shipping charges. Please note that international orders are dispatched only after the order amount and the shipping charges are paid and settled.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 5–6 business days. Since many of our pieces are sourced from curated partners, processing times may vary slightly.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Within India: 8–12 business days after dispatch
• International Orders: Timelines vary based on destination and will be communicated in advance

While we aim to deliver within these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to logistics or external factors.

4. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or message so you can follow your delivery journey.

5. Multiple Shipments

As we work with different vendors, your order may arrive in multiple packages. This allows us to maintain quality and authenticity across all items.

6. Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that the shipping details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.

7. International Orders (Important)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country.

Orders will only be processed after shipping charges are confirmed and accepted.
